Pour sa 71e édition, l'Omloop Mandel-Leie-Schelde (en français : Circuit Mandel-Lys-Escaut) fait son entrée au calendrier UCI dans la classe 1.2. A partir de 14h, le peloton devra parcourir 14 tours du circuit de 12,15 mètres autour de Meulebeke en Flandre occidentale, soit 170 kilomètres. L'an dernier, c'était Amaury Capiot (Topsport Vlaanderen - Baloise) qui s'était imposé.
